Half Moon Dining Set — Austins Half Moon Dining Set – Austins

Six seats. One arch. A table that arrives as architecture.

"The half-moon base was never going to be anything but dark wood — deep, rich, with that two-tone inner cavity and a gold accent strip where it meets the floor. The marble top does its job as a pure white counterpoint. The chairs had to carry the gold-work forward: studded stitching on the fabric, gold detail on the frames. A complete material story."

The Making of the Half Moon Dining Set

Designed by Harsha

The Half Moon Dining Set asks a simple question of the rooms it enters: what if the table itself were the event? The sweeping arch pedestal is engineered to carry a full marble slab while looking like it's barely touching the ground. The studded-stitch chairs with gold-work frames are the six reasons to stay at the table long after the meal is done.

White Marble Top

02

Studded-Stitch Chairs

Chair backs and seats feature studded stitching on textured fabric over dark wood frames with gold-work detail — a brochure-confirmed technique requiring skilled upholstery and joinery. ::

Half-Moon Arch Pedestal

The U-shaped curved dark wood base with cream inner cavity and gold accent strip is precision-engineered to distribute marble weight through an architectural arch form.

Frequently Asked

Before You Order

How long does it take to make the Half Moon Dining Set?
6–8 weeks from order confirmation. We build one piece at a time — frame first, then upholstery, then a final hand-finish — so the timeline reflects real bench-time, not warehouse stock.
Can I customise the dimensions, leather, or wood?
Yes. Almost every dimension can be adjusted within structural limits, and the leather and wood swatches shown are starting points — speak to a designer if you'd like us to source something specific.
How does delivery work, and where do you ship?
We deliver across India with white-glove placement included. International shipping is available on request — our team will coordinate freight, customs, and last-mile placement at the destination.
What does payment look like for a custom piece?
A 50% deposit confirms the order and reserves your build slot in the atelier. The balance is due before dispatch. We'll share a transparent quote with material and labour breakdown after the consultation.
What if something needs repair years from now?
Every piece carries a lifetime craftsmanship guarantee. Reupholstery, refinishing, and frame repair are handled in-house — a piece built today can be brought back to the workshop a decade from now and restored.
